Creates a session and plays the personalized manifest with a real Google ad inserted into the SCTE-35 break. SSAI is stitched server-side and plays via hls.js. SGAI uses HLS Interstitials: this page plays them with a small dual-video player (the browser-side equivalent of native iOS and tvOS AVPlayer).
