Creates a session and plays the personalized manifest with a real Google ad inserted into the SCTE-35 break. HLS SSAI is stitched server-side (hls.js); HLS SGAI uses Interstitials, played here with a small dual-video player (the browser-side equivalent of native iOS and tvOS AVPlayer). DASH plays via Shaka Player: SSAI inserts the ad + slate as real multi-period <Period>s (one set of CMAF segments backs both HLS and DASH).
